We believe in building an intimate understanding of customers' needs so that we can do that bit extra when its needed.
We also believe in getting independent checks of how satisfied our customers are with the services that we provide. Our last survey, by B&MRR, showed that 97% of our customers were satisfied, and that 90% were likely to recommend us to other companies.
