UK Excellence Magazine- Lean but not mean:
In the most recent BQF UK Excellence magazine an article written by TQMI's Gail Tutcher was featured. At an Employee Engagement workshop delivered by TQMI earlier this year, effective implementation of Lean was a hot topic. Gail was invited to share some practical advice on creating the right culture for Lean with BQF members. Gail's article contends that Employee Engagement is about reaching out to the employees and ensuring that they feel valued, and in turn, value the organisation. Improvement activities such as Lean are not sustainable without the right culture that supports improvement.
If you would like more information on how to effectively implement Lean and Employee Engagement please contact the TQMI office on 01928 513 171 or email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
