About TQMI

 

TQMI, established in 1987, was set up by its founders; John Carson, Peter Hillman and Laurie Bradley, with a single purpose in mind- to provide a consultancy and advisory service through which companies could help themselves become more efficient and add value to their organisation.

 

Based originally on the principles of Total Quality Management, TQMI has developed a range of models to reflect contemporary thinking around Business Excellence, Process Improvement, Change Management and Cost Reduction. Our clients are drawn from all areas of manufacturing and service provision, in the commercial, public and not for profit sectors. While the name remains the same, TQMI today is far more than total quality management.

 

Our philosophy is to work with our clients, not hector them into submission! Over 80% of our work comes from repeat business or clients' recommendations.

 

Our consultants and all our associate consultants are "real" people, with experience honed through senior positions in business and able to provide practical and pragmatic solutions which deliver results. We pride ourselves that we take the time to get to know you and the issues keeping you awake at night and work with you to achieve and sustain the results you need.
