John Carson

About John:

John is Chairman and Finance Director and a founder member of TQMI. He has an honours degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a Chartered Engineer. John worked in manufacturing before becoming a management consultant in 1993. He is a fellow of the Institute of Quality Assurance and is a member of the Board of Governors at Liverpool John Moores University.

Skills & Technical Capability:

John's 20 plus years consultancy experience has covered a wide range of improvement activities including; advising on the enhancement of business strategy, running company wide diagnoses and improvement programmes, facilitating and achieving specific process improvements, designing and implementing cultural change programmes, implementing cost effective quality management systems, introducing effective measurement systems (including Balanced Scorecard), assessing current and future information requirements, providing project management expertise and being utilised as an independent accident assessor (rail and air).
