TQMI is a business improvement consultancy dedicated to providing practical support to organisations striving to achieve excellence. The founding directors were all experienced business consultants with an overriding belief in the philosophy and practices of Quality and Business Excellence.

Established in 1987 TQMI has grown to an organisation of 20 people with a wide network of associates. We have consultants located throughout the UK supported by a central office staff at our main office in Runcorn, Cheshire.

TQMI is a recognised Investor In People. Our initial accreditation to the IIP standard was achieved in 1994 and we have been successfully re-accredited on a further 4 occasions - 1997, 2000, 2003 and 2006.
